Senior Legal Pro provides a range of legal services tailored to seniors, including estate planning, wills and trusts, power of attorney arrangements, and elder law consultations.

2. Appointment and Communication

All consultations are by appointment. You may schedule a session via our Contact Page. We will confirm your appointment and provide instructions for virtual or in-office meetings.

3. Fees and Payment

Our fees are based on the complexity and duration of the service provided. A detailed fee schedule is available upon request. Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refund Policy

Client satisfaction is our priority. If you believe the service delivered did not meet the agreed scope, you may request a refund within 30 days of service completion.

To request a refund, please submit a written request via our Contact Page or mail your request to our office address. Include your full name, service date, and reason for the refund request.

Refunds exclude any third-party disbursements already paid on your behalf (for example, court filing fees). Services such as document filings or court appearances are non-refundable once completed.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.

5. Confidentiality

All communications between you and Senior Legal Pro are protected by attorney-client privilege and will be kept strictly confidential, except as required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Senior Legal Pro’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service at issue.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
